Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2007!!!

So it that time of the year again when girls rally to vie for the most coveted crown in the beauty world.....Miss India!!! We are all proud of Sushmita Sen, Aishwarya Rai, Lara Dutta, Priyanka Chopra ,Dia Mirza and Diana Hayden. They are idols for girls participating in this event. But since the triple win of Priyanka Chopra ,Dia Mirza , Lara Dutta at the international pageants, hardly their has been a Miss India contestant showing the intelligence and poise required to compete at the international pageants. Other things that have changed are that the dresses by the participating contestants have become grander & more expensive!! I remember seeing an interview of Sushmita Sen long before , she said that she had got her Miss India winning gown sewed by her tailor in her neighbourhood!!! Isnt it amazing ...i mean instead of wasting scores of rupees on "that" special gown , i feel the contestants will be better off improving their prowess on answering capabilities n that perfect diction which Sushmita & Lara are so adept with. Also i feel that the organising committee of Miss India should take a video entry of all the contestants and ask them to present themselves which will help them to zero in on the final shortlist!!! i mean hw much can u come to know through a simple photograph!!!
All said & done i hope that the best girl win in this competetion , the final show being held on 8th April, to represent India at the International level!!!

Why is it called Google?

A “Googol” is a 1 followed by one hundred zeroes. Google founders Larry Page & Sergey Brin originally intended to call Google “googol”, but ended up with “Google” because of a spelling mistake on a cheque that investors wrote them! Isnt it amazing!!!

L'oreal launches ammonia-free hair color

L'oreal has recently come up with unique ammonia-free hair coloring products. These are classified as "Richesse" & "Hi-Richesse" resp. Isnt it awesome? Finally some color that doesnt damage our hair n makes it cool tooooo!!!! Well actually it doesnt totally color your hair like the conventional hair color does.... Richesse is a gr8 substitute for the traditional henna...It covers grey,softens ur hair n gives it a shine! Hi Richesse is different frm Richesse in the fact tht it gives a bit of color to ur hair!!! Well both products can be useful for touching up those colored highlights which have faded!!!
And its Gr8 for ur hair too!! It softens it & gives it a shine tooo!!!
Well its still a long time tht we can throw away dose damaging hair colors....but i think these 2 new products frm L'oreal are definetly stepping stones for grndbrking research on ammonia-free hair colors which function like the conventional colors....minus the drawbcks!!!

Why Is It Called BLUETOOTH?

Harald Bluetooth was king of Denmark in the late 900s. He managed to unite Denmark and part of Norway into a single kingdom then introduced Christianity into Denmark. It turns out that this particular King Harold was famous for getting warring factions to sit down at the negotiating table and talk to each other. Thus, making opposing teams talk to each other is what a Bluetooth does – both the 10th century king and the modern technology!

Sourav...Sachin...Sehwag.....Yuvraj.....Dhoni....all fell like a tumbling pack of cards.
What does it matter now if we had defeated the Lankans at home ground jus ahead of the WC!!! Its high time someone sensible takes the reins of Indian cricket team in their hands. Personally i feel Greg Chappell shud be shown da door.... He's been nothin but trouble for India. Sourav shud be the captain again n give us dat aggression we loved so much!!!!
Sehwag .....oh! Jus kick him out!!!!
Well one "good" thing outta our ouster frm da WC is at least i wont be distracted from my final xams in the month of April!!!
