The Champions League - Europe's Premier Club Competition

Europe's most prized competition - The Champions League is down to its final stages with just four teams left to battle it out to become the best club in Europe.
Three of these clubs belong to the reknowned English Premier League - Liverpool, Manchester United & Chelsea. No wonder these teams are at the top of the table as well in the EPL. The 4th team is the Italian Pride - AC Milan.
Manchester United will be facing AC Milan Whereas Liverpool will take on their English counterparts Chelsea.
The battle between Gattuso and Christiano Ronaldo will be worth watching. Although Milan do not have an strike power of the likes of Rooney, Drogba or even Shevchenko (who is sorely missed by Milan this season), they'll be glad to have Kaka in the side. After all Kaka is the leading goal scorer in this tournament. At least we know where to expect the goals from for Milan. The big name for Man U is no doubt Christiano Ronaldo, who has won both the PFA Player & Young Player of the year award in the EPL. It will be worth watching this Portuguese winger weave about on the flanks.
For Chelsea, its the likes of Michael Essien & John Terry which is making this team a very tough nut to crack. Liverpool will be counting on its captain Steven Gerrard & Peter Crouch (whose 2nd in The list of top scorers in the UCL) to deliver the stunning blows to down Chelsea.

Well its obvious to picture a Manchester United Chelsea showdown at Athens on the 23rd. But we never know UCL is full of surprises. But as a consolation its guaranteed that there's gonna be an English side in the Finals.

ManU OR Chelsea- Tough choice!

Manchester United are on a roll this season, especially after the 7-1 victory over AS Roma in the champions league quarter final. They continued the form with a thumping 4-1 win over Watford who are struggling to get out of the relegation zone. ManU have more reasons to party after signing on Christiano Ronaldo for a further 5 years at a time when Ronaldo looks in prime form & is arguably the best player in the world this season.ManU are hoping for a treble this season with the EPL, The FA Cup & the UCL within reach.With the form they are in, there's hardly any team who can beat them, or for that matter challenge them.

However we have one more team who can shatter the United dream, Roman Abramovich's Chelsea are not far behind. With signing the likes of Michael Ballack & Andriy Shevchenko this season, Chelsea looks good for the UCL & are strong contenders for even the FA cup & the top spot in the EPL !!!Off Late however Chelsea have not been able to show the dominating form they displayed in the last 2 seasons & the domestic circuit.With the battle of the richest clubs in Britain carrying on with a wide array of talent on display, its the neutral fans like us who get to enjoy every bit of it to the fullest. So next time stay up at night and watch the Champions League cause it promises for awesome gameplay & star quality to its fullest !!!

Pantaloons Femina Miss India 2007 Winners!!!

The Big event is finally over!! The winners are- (l-r)Femina Miss India Earth Pooja Chitgopekar, Pantaloons Femina Miss India World Sarah-Jane Dias and Pantaloons Femina Miss India Universe Puja Gupta. Well I wouldnt say that the best girl won...but there was a little choice for the judges!! There was really a dearth of intellectual capacity in all the girls who reached the top ten...dunno bt the gals who didnt make it to Top 10!! Sarah-Jane being a VJ had the confidence & the attitude to answer wid grace...but it was still not upto the mark.... Hopefully they will be groomed by the best before their respective International Pageants !!! Also speaking of the judges.....Adnan Sami sure looked like had some lipposuction done(I dont buy his version that he lost so much weight only by "dieting") ...lookin like one member of the "Kapoor" family(Randhir,Rishi...etc). Coming to the point, I fail to understand what Adnan Sami or for that matter Munnabhai(Sanjay Dutt) understand about judging such a competetion!!!

Well whatever it is...the competetion is over!!

I dunno the girls that have been chosen are for better or for worse!! Lets hope they shine in the International Pageants...

USE THE POWER OF POWERPOINT

Teeny Tiny Slide Show -
Isn't it irritating when you've started a slide -show in PowerPoint in full-screen and realize that it needs some tweaking? You have to stop the show, change the slide, start the show again and then discover another slide that needs changing ... Aargh!!!
Instead, when you start a Slide Show button at the bottom left of the screen. This opens the slide show in a separate, smaller window, so u can easily switch between the presentation and the show.

Hop, Skip & Jump -
During a slideshow you directly jump to slides if you know their names or slide numbers. Just type in their slide numbers & click [Enter] ... Voila !!!

Display Fonts Correctly On All PCs -
This happens because, when you transfer or open a presentation on another PC, that PC may not contain the fonts that are installed on your PC and used in the presentation.
Solution - Embed TrueType fonts. When you save your presentation, use the ‘Save As’ Command and in the ‘Save As’ dialog box, choose ‘Embed TrueType Fonts’ from the ‘Tools’ menu. In PowerPoint 2003, do to Tools > Save Options and Check ‘Embed TrueType fonts’.
